Here is our July list of available products. The items that are back in season are :
Apricots, mulberries-white and red, peaches, prunes and watermelon.
We have a couple of new items. Powdered dried fruits that you can sprinkle on ice cream, rice pudding, yogurt or just to flavor water. The powder is 100% natural, no additives and no anti-caking agents. And of course no sugar added. We have experimented with them and a few restaurants are using them for summer freshness .
Apricot powder, orange powder and strawberry powder.
We have also powdered garlic, onions and tomatoes to make your summer cooking easy and pleasurable.
