Ramadan 1437

كل سنة و انتم بخير

Ramadan begins in a few days and we at Minnie's are ready with our Egyptian dried fruits.

We offer Egyptian apricots, plums, pears, apples and grapes just in time for the wonderful Ramadan month. Packaged in special ziplock bags 250g each you can eat them right out of the bag or you can prepare a delicious 'khoshaf' with them. You can add the prunes-which were plums before drying- to chicken recipes. You can make mishmisheya with the dried apricots, and the raisins-which were grapes before drying- can be added to a rice dish or a mehalabeya or konafa. With Minnie's products, you know that no sugar and no preservatives have been used in the process. Hence the difference between Minnie's and all the other products!

Minnie's Recipe for khoshaf:

Traditionally, khoshaf is a dessert made out of dried fruits that have been soaked, then sweetened,  cooked and served cold . But we offer you a variation:

Soak together a handful each of our apricots, plums, pears, apples, raisins and dates overnight. Refrigerate and serve after iftar or for sohour.  Serve on yougurt or with ice cream. Follow your heart's desire.
